Cardholder name *

Use the same spelling as on the card (usually first and last name). Up to 255 characters.

Card number *

Enter 13–19 digits only (spaces are removed when you pay). Double-check the full number—one wrong digit will fail.

CVV *

Expiry: month 01–12 (leading zero if needed, e.g. 09). Year: two digits (e.g. 28) or four digits (e.g. 2028), as on the card. CVV: usually 3 digits on the back; American Express uses 4 digits on the front. Digits only.

Billing details

First name *

Legal or billing first name. Up to 255 characters. Should match what your bank has on file where possible.

Last name *

Legal or billing last name. Up to 255 characters.

Email *

A valid address you can access (receipts and 3-D Secure / bank messages may use it). Max 255 characters.

Phone *

8–15 digits only, no spaces or symbols (country code may be included, e.g. 1 for US).

Country code *

ISO code only: 2 letters (e.g. US, AU) or 3 letters (e.g. USA, AUS)—letters only, matching your billing address.

State / region

State, province, or region if your address uses one. Optional; max 100 characters.

Street address *

Full street line as for card / bank billing. Max 255 characters.

City *

Billing city. Max 100 characters.

Postal / ZIP code *

ZIP or postal code for this address. Max 20 characters; use the format your country expects.

Date of birth *

Required in YYYY-MM-DD format (use the date picker). You must be 18+ (latest allowed birthday is shown in the picker). Used for verification with your bank or card issuer—must be accurate.
